Dong A University was given training software for Tourism industry
On October 4, Dong A University (Da Nang) officially received the handover of software called DiHotel and a free training program for students majoring in Tourism.
This is the hotel system management software of DiHotel Solutions JSC, which has been granted a Certificate of Author Registration by the Copyright Office under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and has been developed and put into operation for more than 20 years. Currently, this tool has been developed nationwide with more than 300 accommodation properties in operation.
At the ceremony, Mr. Luong Minh Sam, Chairman of the Board of Dong A University, said that this is a gift of special significance because it is the brainpower that the DiHotel Company has worked hard to build, continuously develop and update over the past 20 years, demonstrating the heart and social responsibility of Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tam and DiHotel Company for the cause of developing education for the young generation of our country. This gift is very valuable and practical for students and lecturers majoring in tourism, helping them to access work more quickly in the trend of strong digital transformation.
According to Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tam - Chairman of the Board of Directors of DiHotel Solution JSC, the total value of the software of 2 billion VND is given free of charge with the aim of helping students majoring in Tourism to access earlier the practical application skills that businesses have gone ahead of, leading the trend. When graduating, students can proficiently use hotel management software, managing on the system to help them access jobs faster in the strong digital transformation trend.
The unit donating the tools will also train and instruct lecturers and students on how to use the software, and at the same time receive and create conditions for the school's Tourism Department to visit and study to supplement knowledge and experience as well as practice and find job opportunities after graduation./.
