DiHotel presents a technology "passport" to tourism students in the North
DiHotel Solution Joint Stock Company (HCMC) has just made a landmark move, affirming its vision and profound social responsibility: Giving away free copyrighted Hotel Management Software (PMS) to three leading tourism training institutions in the North, including Hanoi University of Culture, Hanoi College of Tourism and Hai Phong College of Tourism. This event is not only a noble gesture but also a powerful demonstration of the application of 4.0 technology directly into the classroom, filling the gap between theory and practice.
DiHotel Hotel Management Software is an "intellectual product" built and perfected over more than 20 years, currently a platform solution trusted by more than 300 accommodation properties across the country. DiHotel's decision to transfer this valuable commercial asset for free, with a total commitment value of up to 6 billion VND (2 billion VND per case, including copyright, deployment on 12 workstations and comprehensive maintenance for 6 years), brings immeasurable double benefits.

This is a solid "bridge" that brings practical skills into the practice room. Instead of learning from books, tourism students can now directly operate on a system that is operating in high-class accommodation facilities. Check-in, check-out, room management, or complex hotel accounting tasks will be practiced smoothly.
This investment directly enhances the competitiveness of Vietnam’s tourism human resources. Mastering the international standard management system right from school helps students become more confident, directly contributing to improving the quality of services and hotel management in Vietnam, approaching global trends.
What makes this contribution special is not only its material value, but also the commitment to comprehensive support from DiHotel. The company will send experienced personnel to conduct in-depth training for both lecturers and students, ensuring that the integration of technology into the curriculum is smooth and most effective. DiHotel also opens the door to businesses, creating conditions for students to visit, learn from experience, intern and open up job opportunities after graduation - a "thread" connecting training and the labor market.
Sharing about this strategic decision, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DiHotel, emphasized: "DiHotel software is the crystallization of more than 20 years of our hard work in researching, programming and perfecting. Although this is a valuable commercial asset, we are still determined to give it away for free for the cause of "growing people", for the future of sustainable integration of the country. We believe that this gift is not just a software, but a "passport" to help the young generation of the tourism industry master technology, confidently work in an international environment, contributing to creating a new face for the Vietnamese tourism industry."
Representatives of the sponsored schools expressed their deep excitement, affirming that DiHotel software is a "priceless asset" that helps industrialize the training process. School leaders pledged to immediately integrate this software into Hotel and Tourism Management courses, turning the practice room into a standard simulated working environment. The specific goal is that 100% of students majoring in this field will be proficient in this software system before graduation.

The donation event of DiHotel is a typical example of an effective cooperation model between businesses and educational institutions, not only a simple technology transfer, but also a concrete action to create a generation of high-quality tourism human resources, contributing to positioning Vietnam as a destination that is not only rich in identity but also sophisticated and professional in operational management./.
